Do you except AMEX?

No-Unfortunatley we cannot except AMEX

Can I store my luggage with you?

Yes-We can store a few items for you on your day of arival or departure date. The Stage Hotel does not take any responsibility for lost items.

Can I book a room if I am under 18?

No-All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult to stay in the hotel.

Can I have a late check-out?

Yes-We can arrange a late check-out. It will be an additional £15 up until 1pm.

Can I have late chek-in?

Yes-Check-in is between 2pm & 8pm. We can arrange a later check in up until 9pm for and additional £15.

Can I park my car?

Yes-Car parking is subject to availability.

Can I bring extra people?

No-Each room is only given to the specified amount of people. If you require additional bed space please call the hotel

Can I bring a pet?

Yes- Pets are charged at £5 per night per pet.

Do you do breakfast in bed?

No- Breakfast is served in the dining area but you can take it up to your room.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 6am-9am Mon-Fri/7am-9am Sat&Sun

Is there a Vegan/Vegetarian breakfast option?

No-We offer a full cooked english breakfast with different kinds of breads/cheeses/meats & yoghurts. We do not currently do a vegan option but we have no problem with you bringing in your own cooked items.

Does your breakfast contain allergens?

Although we do not use any fish/nuts etc we cannot guarantee that any of our food does not contain allergens.

Can I have a parcel delivered to the hotel?

Yes- You can have a parcel sent to us but you MUST be staying at the hotel at the time of delivery. The items are left at your own risk.
